We collect names, business and home addresses, bank account details, contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and website domain names.

We collect the personal information provided by you to us when you instruct us to carry out Services and during the course of each Matter as well as from publicly available resources.

We do not share your information with any third party outside the Kepstorn Group unless required by law to do so.

We retain your personal data for so long as it is necessary to provide the Services and to provide information to you.

In order to provide the Services at all times, some of our information is held in cloud-based services where the servers may be outside the EEA. All our data is password protected and secure against third party access.

Our website does not collect personal information during its use but it does use cookies to enhance your browsing experience.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up to date and you may ask us to correct any personal information about you that you believe does not meet these standards.

In addition, where we use your personal information to perform tasks carried out in the public interest then, if you ask us to, we will stop using that personal information unless there are overriding legitimate grounds to continue.
